Job Description
We are seeking a Fresh & Experienced International Caller for outbound call services to our U.S. clients. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication and customer service.
Requirements:
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills; multilingual capabilities are a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Sales-oriented with a knack for handling objections and closing bookings.
- Proficient in MS Office and call center software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Pay is up to Rs40,00.00 per month, along with fixed salary, uncapped commissions, and incentives.
