Job Description
1AZ0 Marketing (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Fresh & Experienced International Caller for outbound calls to our US clients. This position involves handling customer interactions with professionalism and ensuring complete satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Handle outbound customer calls courteously and professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
- Accurately provide product and service information.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain detailed records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives. Pay: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month.
