Job Description
Join 1AZ0 MARKETING as an Entry-Level Call Center Agent. You will answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide service information, route calls, document interactions per SOPs, escalate issues, and follow up as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years call center experience, strong customer service knowledge, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to handle stress.
