Job Description
1AZ0 MARKETING seeks a full-time on-site Customer Service Executive in Karachi responsible for resolving customer inquiries across phone and digital channels, ensuring satisfaction, documenting interactions, following up, and coordinating with internal teams. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal English, multitasking ability, and customer service management experience; call center experience is a plus. Intermediate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; freshers encouraged. Job types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: Up to Rs40,00 per month.
