Job Description
24/7 DCT is seeking a Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to oversee all financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. This full-time position requires working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours and collaborating closely with onshore finance teams.
Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, leading budgeting and forecasting activities, maintaining internal controls, and supervising the accounting team. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 8 years of relevant experience in U.S. GAAP environments, and strong technical and leadership skills.
Pay ranges from Rs200,00.00 to Rs300,00.00 per month.
