3 & Four Technologies is seeking a motivated Human Resources Coordinator to support our day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and ensure HR processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with benefits enrollments and payroll inputs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR coordination experience.
• Strong detail orientation and communication skills.

Compensation: Competitive, Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
