Job Description
3TechSoft, on behalf of its Sister Company, is seeking an Ecommerce/Office Assistant to join our team.
Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
- Efficiently process online orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch.
- Track inventory records accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics partners.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
