Job Description
5 Star Innovations is hiring a US-market Customer Support Representative based in Wapda Town, Lahore. Full-time night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM). Salary Rs.50,00–60,00/month. Minimum 6 months’ experience serving US clients; 1 year in tech/internet preferred. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, email and chat; resolve issues, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and meet KPIs. Strong spoken and written English, problem-solving skills, and ability to work fast-paced night shifts required. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
