Job Description
5 Star Innovations Pvt. Limited is hiring a Customer Support Agent – Night Shift for US-based clients in Wapda Town, Lahore. This full-time, in-person role runs 6:00 PM–3:00 AM with a salary of Rs. 50,00–60,00/month. Require minimum 6 months of US market customer support experience. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, email and chat, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting KPIs. Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work night shifts, and basic CRM knowledge is a plus.
