Job Description

WE’RE HIRING — Head of Marketing (Medical & Healthcare Industry)

Lahore | Full-Time | Senior Role

Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (PKT)

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience, including strong exposure to the medical and healthcare industry. The ideal candidate must come from a corporate marketing background and have proven expertise in medical digital marketing, including med-tech, med-spa, medical billing, laboratories, practitioners, and healthcare lead generation.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build and execute a complete marketing ecosystem that drives growth, brand visibility, and qualified leads across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for medical-specific services and products.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Create specialized campaigns for:
• Med-Tech products
• Med Spas
• Medical Billing Services
• Labs & Diagnostic Centers
• Lead performance marketing with a focus on high-quality lead generation.
• Manage brand identity, messaging, and positioning for medical clients.
• Oversee website content, landing pages, and conversion funnels optimized for healthcare.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance lead-to-client conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance and build detailed dashboards (GA4, CRM, etc.).
• Develop and manage marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with healthcare trends, compliance, and digital best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing
• At least 5 plus years of experience in medical/healthcare marketing
• Must come from a corporate background

Strong expertise in:

• Med-tech marketing
• Med-spa campaigns
• Medical billing & RCM marketing
• Lab and diagnostic marketing
• Practitioner lead generation
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM systems, GA4, and marketing automation tools
• Proven track record in creating successful healthcare lead-generation funnels
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance & advertising guidelines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Healthcare experience preferred in marketing
