Job Description
Hire My Tech, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Customer Services Representative/Patient Service Representative (PSR) for a remote position in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, prioritizing both patient and employee satisfaction.
Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Timing: US Central Timings (6 PM – 3 AM PST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Engage with patients via email and live chat.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in US/UK healthcare call centers (2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Full-time availability and strong English skills are required.
