Job Description

Win-Win Solutions, a Business Process Outsourcing company in Rawalpindi, is looking for dedicated Fresh Call Center Agents to enhance our customer service team. As a Fresh Call Center Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, resolving queries and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask are essential. Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. NOTE: This position requires night shifts (06:00 PM to 04:00 AM).

Pay starts at Rs35,00.00 per month.
