Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven female candidate to join our team as an HR Manager. You will be responsible for hiring and retaining top talent, training our Sales & Marketing staff, and managing payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely reporting on team performance
- Maintaining records and verification of new staff
- Promoting and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in retail, Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Marketing.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs60,00 per month
