Job Description
ZEREFLAB is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. In this role, you will provide counseling on policies, manage the recruitment process, create effective onboarding plans, and assist in performance management.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, reviewing employment conditions for legal compliance, and handling disciplinary issues. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, possess a strong understanding of labor laws, and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary starting from Rs50,00.00 per month.
