Job Description
Summary: The primary objective of this position is to escalate complaint tickets to the relevant ODN Access departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in MS-Outlook with English for email communications.
- Ability to coordinate inter-departmental activities.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- Manage and escalate tickets effectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE-CIT).
- Age under 25.
- Familiar with GPON technology.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Pay: Up to Rs45,00.00 per month
