Job Description
Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is seeking an Online Sales Executive to enhance customer experience, manage e-commerce operations, and implement data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing and possess 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on Shopify, Daraz, and Amazon.
- Optimize product visibility using SEO techniques.
- Process and manage orders ensuring accurate fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operations.
