Job Description

Waada Digital Pvt Ltd is hiring a Call Center Team Lead to oversee and support our agents on telecom campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a domestic call center and telecom-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach a team of call center agents
• Monitor performance to ensure KPIs are met
• Handle escalations and maintain service quality
• Coordinate with management for campaign updates
