Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information on insurance products.
- Address customer issues and resolve complaints.
- Maintain customer interaction records.
Requirements:
- Personal Laptop & Headset
- Valid CNIC
- Intermediate or Graduate qualification (students welcome)
- Strong communication in Urdu and basic English
Salary: Starting from 31,500 PKR with commission potential of up to 80,00 PKR.
