Job Description
Imtiaz Super Market is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Your responsibilities will include posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening resumes. You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
Additionally, you will assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment events while preparing recruitment-related reports. This is a full-time position with a pay range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. The work location is in person.
