Job Description:
- Resolve academic issues raised by campuses/NWAs regarding quality of DLPs, SOWS, and curriculum.
- Manage professional development programs for School Heads and teachers.
- Enhance the quality of education through curriculum development and implementation.
- Evaluate learning environments and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Head Office Academics team with feedback on academic materials.
- Support school evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction.
