Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Schedule and update appointments daily.
- Coordinate with doctors for complex queries.
- Follow up on ongoing treatments.
- Track daily responses and share insights with the marketing team.
