Job Description
Riz Solutions, located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, is hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a UK-based Taxi Company. NOT WORK FROM HOME; APPLY ONLY IF YOU CAN WORK FROM OUR OFFICE IN SOAN GARDENS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and handle taxi bookings.
- Accurately input booking data.
- Provide quotes and respond to inquiries.
- Create a positive customer experience.
- Dispatch jobs timely.
Requirements: Fluent in English, minimum 2 years call center experience, preferably in taxi booking, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month
