Job Description

We are currently hiring for an international customer service position in Karachi, Main Shah Re Faisal. If you have excellent verbal communication skills in English and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!

This full-time, on-site role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders through phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications: 1 year of customer service experience, multitasking ability, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM software. Must be available for evening and night shifts.

Salary: Rs80,00 to Rs100,00 per month.
