Job Description

Planet Junior is looking to hire a Customer Support Staff member. This role entails responding to customer queries, comments, and complaints across social media platforms, WhatsApp, and via phone calls.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills in English and a solid understanding of social media platforms.

This is a full-time position located in Shadman 1, Lahore, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. The salary ranges from Rs20,00.00 to Rs30,00.00 per month and is negotiable based on experience.
