ASK Development Limited is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in customer service.
Hiring Criteria:
- Graduate from a reputable university.
- Fluent in English and Urdu (neutral dialect).
- 06 months to 02 years of experience preferred.
- Salary: $32K – $45K (Performance-Based Incentives).
- Rotational shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide online support.
- Follow up with the Operations team.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
Work from home option available after 6 months based on performance.
