Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team. Ideal candidates should be recent graduates from a reputable university, fluent in both English and Urdu, and residing in Lahore.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling and responding to customer calls
- Providing online support regarding our services
- Following up with Operations for fault rectifications
- Creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets
- Keeping a record of faults for respective regions
- Executing special tasks during duty
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00. Work from home option after 6 months based on performance. Minimum 1-year experience in a UK-based Call Center is required.
