Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking motivated and professional Banking Helpline Agents to join our team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service in the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer queries by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Process customer orders, verify details, and handle payments.
- Manage and update customer accounts with relevant information.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month (Performance-based incentives)
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 6 months experience in the banking sector (CSR).
