Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Are you a confident communicator who loves sales and recruitment? Total Solution is seeking a proactive Call Center Representative to engage with potential Loan Officers, conduct interviews, and enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ fit for the role.
- Communicate the benefits of our organization effectively.
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups.
Requirement: Strong English skills, call center experience preferred but freshers are welcome, basic computer knowledge.

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
