Job Description
PayMedics is seeking a highly experienced Assistant Manager to join our medical billing company. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in the medical billing industry, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily medical billing operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise billing teams to achieve targets and foster high performance.
- Generate detailed reports on billing performance and revenue cycles.
- Collaborate with management to enhance billing processes.
