Job Description
Techcreatix is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist with a strong background in Training & Development (T&D). The ideal candidate will manage core HR functions while designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful employee development programs that support individual and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Track training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience with focus on T&D.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
