We are Global Nexus Solutions, seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our inbound sales team focusing on the USA market. This full-time position requires full fluency in English and experience with telecom services like Xifinity and Dish-TV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting calls to potential clients in the USA.
- Understanding client needs to qualify leads.
- Effectively presenting our Mobile Selling services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in international telecom.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions.
Pay: Rs 45,00 – Rs 50,00 per month, with uncapped commission opportunities.
