We are looking for two remote Customer Support Associates to provide live chat and email support for our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and refunds while resolving complaints promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience in customer support required. Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Salary: PKR 30,00/month.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: PKR 30,00.00 – 40,00.00 per month.
