Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in the manufacturing or IT sector. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, assist in policy development, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance monitoring, and payroll processing.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
