Job Description
We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. Operating 24/7, we seek serious candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, especially from US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Managing service inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborating with team members to support each other.
- Flexibility in shift timings to ensure continuous coverage.
