Job Description
Hiring Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, client relations, or project management within the construction or consultancy sector.
Successful applicants will display proven leadership skills, effective team management, and a strong understanding of construction consultancy services. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is required.
