Job Description
VapeMall is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our financial team. In this role, you will manage daily accounting tasks, including expense reports, reimbursements, and entering financial transactions into our databases. Your contributions will ensure our Accounting department operates smoothly and maintains transparency and efficiency across all transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
- Creating and updating expense reports
- Processing reimbursement forms
- Maintaining financial records
- Preparing bank deposits and issuing invoices
Requirements: Minimum 3 years in Accounts/Finance, bookkeeping knowledge, and proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
