Job Description
We are seeking experienced Call Center Agents/Self Closers to join our team at Cybrosys Communications for our Roofing Appointment Setting Campaign. This remote position is during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to book appointments.
- Self-verify customer information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call center as a self-closer on VICI Dialer.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet and available for night shifts.
- Laptop/PC with webcam required.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
