Role Summary: Fluffy Fluffy UK is seeking a Finance & Business Performance Manager to oversee financial operations at our stores. This role combines hands-on bookkeeping with high-level analysis to enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping and payroll.
- Prepare monthly P&L and cash flow reports.
- Provide insights for financial improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with accountants for compliance.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in finance management.
- Knowledge of UK SME finance, preferably in F&B or retail.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
