Job Description
We are User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD, seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented QA & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mobile and web app QA, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA testing on mobile applications and websites.
- Respond to customer queries in fluent American English.
- Troubleshoot user issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of QA tools and testing methodologies.
- Must reside near DHA Multan.
Hourly Rate: $2.5 – $3.5, Contract length: 6 months, Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
