Job Description
Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a skilled Medical Billing Officer based in Karachi. This position falls within the IT/Software Services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and follow up on medical insurance claims.
- Handle charge entry, payment posting, and patient billing.
- Resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of medical billing experience (offshore preferred).
- Familiar with billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD).
- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willing to work night shifts.
