Job Description
ESAJEES is seeking an Accounts Cashier to manage cash and bank transactions, maintain financial records, handle petty cash, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, cheques, and payments from customers.
- Post all cash transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Reconcile daily cashbook and petty cash.
- Deposit collected amounts in compliance with policy.
- Issue receipts and maintain documentation of transactions.
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and report preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and basic accounting knowledge.
