Job Description
Jinglecred Digital Finance Limited is seeking a dedicated Training Executive to design, conduct, and evaluate training programs for our call center staff. This vital role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for onboarding and skill enhancement.
- Conduct induction sessions for new hires and assess training needs.
- Develop training materials and monitor program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1-2 years of training experience in a call center, excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Location: Main IJP Road, Islamabad | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs50,00 per month
