Job Description
Location: Soan Garden, Islamabad
Shift Timings: Flexible (between 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 8-hour shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Cabcall Outsource is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in customer service, coupled with a solid understanding of tools used in the taxi industry. Responsibilities include maintaining call center quality standards, monitoring performance, and developing strategies to enhance support KPIs.
Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in taxi software (ICaabi/Autocab/Codic) and call handling, strong communication skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
