Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented individual for the position of Assistant Manager Recruitment in our HR Department, located at our head office in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Position: AM HR
Qualification: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: Rs 70,00 – Rs 90,00 per month
Software: Paypeople
Job Duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staffing requirements.
- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Conduct screening calls to evaluate applicants’ abilities.
- Have substantial experience in technical recruitment.
- Possess technical expertise to understand job requirements for technical roles.
