Job Description
Technics Garments is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will create and implement policies to support our operational goals, enhance production and supply chain efficiency, and oversee the entire production process from order to dispatch. Responsibilities include continuous workflow improvements, collaboration with quality teams, and establishing clear goals and KPIs for the operations team.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience as an Operations Manager. The work location is in-person, preferably in Sialkot Gpo.
