Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role and proficiency in office software. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
