Grand Millennium Hotel is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction with timely and accurate information.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English; proficient in computer use; problem-solving skills; prior customer service experience preferred.
