Job Description
Roshan Packages Limited is seeking a dedicated IT Manager to oversee our IT systems and infrastructure at our two plant locations. This role requires strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and strong leadership to ensure business continuity and support technological advancement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the IT department, implement IT strategies, supervise infrastructure, ensure cybersecurity, coordinate with vendors, monitor system performance, and manage budgets.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 8+ years of IT management experience, strong leadership skills, and ERP experience is a plus.
