Job Description
Galaxy Freight Forwarding is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Coordinator to support our CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the CEO’s complex calendar.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts.
- Act as the primary contact between the CEO and external partners.
- Record meeting notes and track action items.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person, Karachi Shahra-E-Faisal.
