Job Description
We’re Hiring at SIAR Digital! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions for compliance and quality standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with management on solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on quality evaluations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance – Customer Service roles.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
